Mental Health & Psychosocial Support

Our Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Program addresses the emotional and psychological needs of vulnerable children, families, and communities affected by abuse, neglect, conflict, or hardship. We believe that healing the mind and emotions is foundational to full recovery and long-term stability.

We offer confidential, compassionate care and promote mental wellness in culturally sensitive ways, especially in areas where mental health is often stigmatized or misunderstood.

Key Services:

  • Trauma Counseling: Individual and group therapy for survivors of abuse, neglect, or crisis.
  • Child-Friendly Therapy: Play and art therapy for children dealing with distress, separation, or grief.
  • Community Outreach: Mental health education to reduce stigma and increase access to services.
  • Psychosocial First Aid: Emergency emotional support in response to distressing events.
  • Support Groups: Peer-led healing groups for caregivers, survivors, and adolescents.

Our Impact

Through this program, hundreds of individuals—especially children and youth—have received life-transforming support. They’ve regained confidence, rebuilt relationships, and resumed education or livelihoods with renewed emotional strength.
